Phase I:
Remove All Product From Culinary Center

Phase I is almost complete. Cookware is now all together down one aisle. This makes it much easier to see all our cookware available and also makes comparing the lines much easier. No more going in and out of the culinary center for retail products.

Coffee, Tea, Wine, and all accessories are now located near the front bar. This has brought all our beverage products together making it easy for you to shop and sample them all in one area.
The last step of Phase I will be moving our Sale Section. You will not longer have to squeeze into the culinary center to see all of our great deals.
Phase II:
Audio/Visual In The Culinary Center
Audio
Sound quality will improve. A new state-of-the-art chef microphone. Speakers around the perimeter of the culinary center so you are sure to not miss a thing that is said.
Visual
Just imagine five 46" Flat Screen monitors that will be located around the Culinary Center so you are sure to catch all the action. A much need upgrade from our two current 32" TV's. New motion sensored HD cameras that will switch when the chef moves. Thank you to all our past camera controllers who would switch the cameras for us. You may officially retire.
Phase III:
Placing Retail Products In Easy To Shop Areas
The store has been transformed. On Sunday, April 29 and Monday, April 30, Bonnie, Debbie, Karen, Kelly and Warren worked their magic to transform the store to improve your shopping experience. The knife case has been moved to the center of the store and is surrounded by knife sharpeners and accessories, including cutting boards that have been placed on lower units. Creme Brulee dishes, pie dishes, and cake pedestals have been moved to the baking section. Plus many other great changes. Stop by and check it all out.
Phase IV All-Clad Premier Retail Store:
On Tuesday, May 1, Ben, owner of Ben Tally and Associates, Mark, associate of Ben Tally and AJ, our All-Clad Representative and associate of Ben Tally delivered and assembled our 16 ft Great wall of All-Clad. Ben personally chose Rolling Pin to be the First Premier Retailer in Florida for the New All-Clad Shop. We couldn't be more excited. The units have been filled with All-Clad Stainless, All-Clad Cop-R-Core and Stainless Steel tools. All-Clad's newest line, Stainless with D5 technology, should be arriving by late summer.
Phase V: New Seating For The Culinary Center
The new Banquettes and Tables have been ordered and we have just been informed that they are set to Ship sometime between 5/7 - 5/14
New chairs for the Center Island are set to ship May 23 -30
All work is set to be complete by June 15th.
