Toni Lydecker is a journalist, cookbook author and cooking teacher who specializes in Italian regional cooking. Her articles on food and culinary travel have appeared in many print and online publications, including Wine Enthusiast, Cucina Italiana, Dream of Italy, Plate and The Washington Post. Her most recent cookbook is Piatto Unico: When One Course Makes a Real Italian Meal. She is also the author of Seafood alla Siciliana: Recipes & Stories from a Living Tradition and Serves One: Simple Meals to Savor When You’re on Your Own. Toni writes an Italian food blog called Tavola Talk (www.tavolatalk.com). She lives in St. Petersburg, Florida.
