I am a native of New Jersey and was transferred to FL 12 years ago. My careers have included teaching, customer service and, most recently, 20 as sales mgr in Motorola Cellular. Leaving Motorola in '05 to purchase Sunset Bay Inn in St Petersburg. After 7 years as innkeeper, it was recently sold.

I have no formal culinary training, but have loved to create dishes, even as a 10 year old with my family. This past 7 years as an innkeeper has not only been fulfilling as a wonderful outlet for meeting guests from all over the world, but allowed me to create breakfast dishes to begin my guests' day with a memorable beginning to their day.
