Blake Ellis has been in the kitchen since he was able to stand. His love for cooking and baking led him to the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York where he graduated with Honors. While there, he was awarded First Place in a baking competition. Chef Ellis has five-star experience with the Ritz-Carlton and Bern's Steak House.
