Barbara Bria Pugliese is a graduate and blue ribbon recipient in Culinary and Pastry Arts from Peter Kumps New York Cooking School, now known as the Institute of Culinary Education. Barbara work experience includes: working at a 4 star restaurant in NYC and a Michelin rated restaurant in Italy, as well as teaching at the Institute of Culinary Education for years in which she won 2 Food and Wine Awards.
She has had her own business for over twelve years, where she makes specialty cakes and pastries, caters, teaches privately at different cooking schools, she writes articles for publications and does recipe testing and food styling for different cookbook authors. Her talents and experiences are wide range, which allows her to really work with her clients thus they can achieve the perfect culinary experience.
