Lyndsey Waters is a Brandon native and graduate of Bloomingdale High School. After growing up with a family whose roots were planted in the kitchen, she knew culinary school was the way to go and enrolled at Johnson & Wales University, North Miami Campus. While attending school, Lyndsey excelled in the kitchen and received internships with two very talented Chefs; Chef Clay Conley of Azul in downtown Miami, and Chef Thomas Keller of The French Laundry. Recently graduating with a Bachelor’s Degree in Culinary Arts, Lyndsey finds herself excited to share her knowledge of cooking and passion for food with you here at The Rolling Pin!
