I am a cook trained by the school of Trial and Error and I have a creative obsession with organizing and cooking, which leads to how I became the self titled Culinary Organizer, I make organizing, researching, preparing, storing, and eating, food, Fun, Quick, Healthy, Easy, and DELICIOUS. I came from a plain American home that lived off of frozen foods and canned goods, and cooking was not a priority. Despite our food lacking inspiration and nutrition, I knew there had to be better food out in the world.

My background is in Event Coordination & IT Management but my passion has always been and will always be FOOD! Flavor should be my first name and thrifty is my game. I have always had to create something out of nothing, which I use to see as a challenge and now I see it is my gift.

I LOVE helping others learn how to cook on a budget and have the meal be natural foods at that. We all eat, so why not eat with a purpose. You may want to eat a little healthier because you know you should, because you want to, or because you have just gotten orders from your doctor or nutritionist, the thoughts and feeling that come with that is usually UUUGGGGHHH lots of work! I don’t know where to start or what many of the things are that I’m suppose to eat, I don’t want to give things up and I don’t have time cook. That’s where I come in to help you cross that Bridge between Standard American Cooking, Eating, & Living to Natural Cooking, Eating, & Living. I am not hard core vegan, super duper vegetarian, or a carnivore, but I do love natural food of all kinds, that taste incredible, easy to cook, and keeps you thriving in life not just surviving! I want it Natural & Quick!
